MONEY - I'm happy to travel in order to perform for and teach people who are interested in what I do, but I need to be able to count on a reasonable income for it. Please read the following and then email me with your ideas.

PUBLIC CONCERTS - Presenting a concert in a public venue (such as an auditorium or concert hall) in your community may seem daunting, but it's not that hard if you understand the basics. Click here to learn how to put on a successful concert.

HOUSE CONCERTS - You can organize a house concert, or better yet, a long weekend's worth of house concerts and workshops
within a reasonable driving distance of each other. Click here for lots of information on presenting a house concert.

WHAT OFTEN WORKS WELL is a 3-10 day tour made up of a mix of concerts in public venues, house concerts, and workshops. When something like this is done right it should cover the travel expenses and generate a reasonable income for two to three musicians.
